Take your practice off the mat and onto the water. In this class you will learn the basic paddle stroke, how to get on and off your board and enter the water, the anatomy of a SUP board, and how to SUP! Then we will lose our paddles and enter the yoga portion of the class: a full vinyasa practice including sun salutations, inversions, and arm balances will be explored. Come with a sense of humor, and the willingness to get wet!
