Inversions - Looking Directly At What Is Threatening Us FULL

The practice of turning upside down can be unsettling and can give rise to incredible fear (abhinivesha is the fear of death). Why would we even want to balance on our forearms, stand on our head, or imagine our hands holding us up? Because the only way to know ourselves is to come face to face with what scares us and realize that we have to stop struggling. Inversions teach us how to 'work with' rather than 'struggle against.' This class will involve partner exercises so there always will be someone who's got your back!

The highest place is a short gondola ride up mountain, with the most epic views.
The deck was built for Wanderlust! Having such great views also means a bit more wind, and a cooler climate than in the village. Please bring an extra layer for comfort!
