Rediscovering Your Root: Kanda Chakra Meditation FULL

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

The lower chakras of muladhara (root), svadisthana (sacral), and manipura (core) are classically referred to as the "kanda," or bulb, of the subtle body. Correspondent to our deepest sense of self, the kanda is a bed of primal energy where prana vibrates at a lower frequency and is experienced as denser in nature than the upper chakras. Through a guided meditation practice designed to activate and harmonize this root-to-core seat, we'll enrich the soil of our emotional and physical wellbeing: our sense of belonging and identity, our creative potency, and our ability to trust in our deepest instincts.
