Join Senior Shambhala Buddhist Teacher and renowned author of The Road Home (FSG, 2015) in a lecture and discussion of how we can take mindfulness practice much deeper by the place that mindfulness came from: The Buddhist teachings. If we really want to awaken, then we have to find a way to make philosophy, psychology, and ethics part of our journey. And if we are going to study Buddhism, then we have to do it in a way that is secular, accessible, and relevant to our lives in the 21st century.
