By utilizing a combination of Fluid Yoga vinyasa sequencing and the slow-flow, floor-based style of Spa yoga, practitioners in this advanced asana practice will reach deeper variations of common arm balances (e.g., crow, titibasana, bujapidasana, astavakrasana and dragonfly). This intensive strength and balance work prepares and opens the body for bone-deep, soul-saturating restorative practice and relaxation. We will close with an extended guided meditation and an extra-luscious savasana. **Students in this class should have a comfortable grasp of crow prior to enrollment.
