Passionate athletes are often riddled with injuries very often due to inadequate warming up and little to no post workout stretching. Lets soften the impact the sport you love has on your body. We will explore some sport-specific, yoga based warm ups followed by post training stretches that you can use to keep your body more balanced and injury free.
