Go beyond communing with nature by inviting nature to bloom within. Using the slow-flow, floor-based, whole-body sensory experience of SPA Yoga, we will connect to the five major elements that make up our universe, our world, and ourselves. We’ll begin by affirming and strengthening our foundation of body to earth; undulate through a flowing sequence of restorative vinyasa; build our inner fire by holding and working with prana; find spaciousness through energetic and physical opening; and finally merge internal and external elements with a powerful meditation that will guide you to a greater realization of the energy and consciousness that connects each of us to one another and the whole world.
