This class will include an intro to SUP Yoga on land prior to getting on the water. We will cover basic water safety, how to stand on a paddleboard, how to properly paddle, and how to anchor once on the water. We will then perform an entire yoga flow on the board beginning with centering, breathing and seated poses, gradually moving into balancing, standing, arm balances, and inversions as students become more comfortable on the board. We will end class with a floating savasana! Join us to increase balance and core strength, increase focus and concentration, and connect with nature.
