Limited Capacity seats available

When you consider how often you find yourself in chaturanga, upward-facing dog and downward-facing dog, it’s clear that strong shoulders and proper shoulder alignment are essential to a healthy Vinyasa Flow practice. Focusing on these key poses, we will examine common patterns of misalignment in the shoulders and use our practice together to imprint strong alignment habits that will protect the shoulders from injury and create a solid foundation. We will also work on some simple yet powerful shoulder “mini-sequences” that you can do every day in order to strengthen and open your shoulder girdle and revolutionize your entire practice. Mostly asana. Bring a block.
