The Yoga of Walking

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Walking practice is considered an important part of many traditions. Buddhists and Yogis alike encourage walking with presence as a path to clarity, compassion, and inner peace. This hike includes a short discussion about walking as a practice. There will be some instruction given on maintaining presence while walking. Talking is discouraged so that we can heighten the consciousness of our practice. Experience harmony with nature and the deep resonance of your self. Toward the end of our hike we will pause in a flat grassy space to write a short practice journal. Some suggestion for journaling will be given.
