Slackline Yoga or Slackasana is a unique practice that teaches complete body awareness. It is a moving meditation that will redefine your sense of balance and mental focus. It involves balancing on a 1 inch wide 'yoga mat' (slackline). During this class you’ll learn the basics of the Slackasana series, how to effectively move between static poses, and deepen your practice by intelligent repetition. There are no pre-requisites for this class; we will explain the fundamentals with a unique twist to improve your acrobatics skills.
