Limited Capacity filling up

Theobroma Cacao has been used for thousands of years for culinary, medicinal, and ceremonial purposes throughout Mesoamerica and South America. It is said that cacao helps blood flow throughout the body and opens the heart. We will start this hike by drinking cacao as a group. We will let the spirit of cacao guide us through the beautiful forests of Vermont to help open up the door for inner work. This hike will also include a meditation and short breathwork exercise.
