Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

The definition of foreplay is the action or behavior that precedes an event.  In yoga, wheel pose is often in the limelight.  But what about the strength, actions and behaviors required to find the pose safely and with sustainability?  In this asana workshop, we will explore the journey to pushing up and dropping back to wheel.  The class will begin with a Blue Light flow designed to prepare students (physically and mentally) to find or evolve their urdhva dhanurasana (wheel). The classe will include intelligent sequencing, strength building exercises and space for discussion around personal injuries/challenges and/or resistance/fear.
