The Tantra of Meditation
Limited Capacity seats available

The Tantric approach to meditation embraces both dual and non-dual traditions. Through practice, theory, and discussion we’ll explore the richness and diversity of the tantric traditions’ approach to meditation. Mantra, kriya, and breath awareness will be some of the practices you’ll be guided through so that you can learn how all meditation techniques are not alike and which may be the most auspicious for you, depending upon what you wish to achieve from your practice: creating a foundation, self reflection, building power, or fully embodying Source. All levels.

The Velocity of Sound
Limited Capacity seats available

Mantra directs the highly sophisticated time/space computer of your mind towards frequencies of expansion, creativity, and evolution. The sound encoded in these frequencies are just beginning to be understood by the scientific community to change brain patterns, chemistry, and even the physical structure of the brain. In yogic science the repetition of sound currents is known to create a fundamental change in the actual pulsation of your thought patterns, which makes a fundamental change in your daily life, choices, and vitality. In Kundalini Yoga we use the physical force of highly charged postures with sound currents to create an environment of transformation in a very quick amount of time. This is not a kirtan class. Learn how to use sound, mudra, and movement to invoke deep states of long lasting peace, creativity, and alert intelligence.

Yoga Nidra: Relax Into Greatness
Limited Capacity seats available

Yoga Nidra is the sublime science of complete relaxation. Because of its unique capacity to transform all of the “layers” that the soul inhabits, yoga nidra is both a comprehensive method for maximizing health and vitality as well as one of the tradition’s most profound and accessible way to positively shape our unconscious and thereby affect our destiny. In this workshop we outline the theory of sankalpa, how we bring thought into form, the practice of yoga nidra, and how both relate to the concept of dharma. Lecture and practice. Bring what you will need (blankets, a pillow, a thick mat, etc.) so that you will be warm and comfortable and able to rest on your back for the better part of one hour.
