DEEPSØNØS Sonic Meditation Hike
Limited Capacity seats available

DEEPSØNØS by HÄANA is a sonic meditation experience. We take DEEPSØNØS outside on a leisurely hike to a beautiful vista followed by a concert in nature. Beginning with verbal guidance, cinematic sonic bass producer/violinist/vocalist HÄANA takes participants deep into a hyper-tuned awareness of their senses, then transitions to her violin and vocal palette of unplugged sounds and paints an original, intuitive and intricate sound journey, for a profound subconscious sojourn. While completely acoustic (different than the full-spectrum DEEPSØNØS sound meditation workshops), there is such a breadth & depth of sound & awareness that can be achieved by meditating to organic violin in nature. Ever on the adventure, HÄANA's music is deeply inspired by her surroundings and environment.

Plan on hiking for about 20 minutes, then meditating overlooking a beautiful vista with a 40-minute seated concert of lush organic sounds. Bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion, a journal, & water.

The Yoga of Walking
Limited Capacity seats available

Walking practice is considered an important part of many traditions. Buddhists and Yogis alike encourage walking with presence as a path to clarity, compassion, and inner peace. This hike includes a short discussion about walking as a practice. There will be some instruction given on maintaining presence while walking. Talking is discouraged so that we can heighten the consciousness of our practice. Experience harmony with nature and the deep resonance of your self. Toward the end of our hike we will pause in a flat grassy space to write a short practice journal. Some suggestion for journaling will be given.
